Gooooood Morning,
Well last night I finally took my butt back to the first camp of boot camp.
All I can say is Shenita I did NOT miss you. She was a newer trainer when I used to attend in the beginning of the year. Now she is a MACHINE! It was nice to see new faces and old faces. I ran into a long time friend of mine. I knew she attended and probably should have called her that day to let her know I was going, but I didn't want to end up changing my mind at the last minute and not going.
As motivation "Tee" and I having been sending pics of the "healthy" meals we are eating! I will try to post them on here as well.
Anywhoo...I did well with the diet plan until.......................
My monthly sales meeting and they brought dunkin doughnuts. Yes I ended up indulging in just ONE instead of two, with a bottle of water instead of a cup of sugary coffee.
but get this, I drank over 130 ozs of water yesterday...good for the body..bad for the fact I had to PEE every freakin HOUR while trying to sleep.
On to today:
Breakfast I had a bowl of cereal and egg whites.
Snack: a banana
I am trying to keep my potassium intake up because my doc just put me on a low dosage of blood pressure pills so if I don't drink I get really BAD Charley horses, and become very dizzy. We have a history of bad blood pressure in my family so I am trying to avoid that. I always thought of myself as a "healthy fat girl" but as I get older seems that's not the case.
For lunch I brought stuff to make a chicken salad again.
For Snack Yogurt
Dinner: Turkey peppers onions and mushrooms...kinda made it up last night to eat tonight.
This weekend is my best friends birthday (still trying to figure out what she wants to do) and I am meeting up with some friends from Middle School for dinner (yay facebook for the reconnect) Also, I belong to a Motorcycle Club (Lady Trend Setters MC) and a few of my members are having a birthday party this weekend.

Well I plan on hitting the gym at 6:30 for the boot camp class and if I have enough energy staying for Zumba...we will see
