Well officially I started this diet thing over on Monday, today is Saturday I weighed in and lost 3 lbs.
ONLY 3 lbs??? ALL THIS WORK IN 5 DAYS I SHOULD LOOK LIKE BEYONCE!!! RIGHT???
WRONG and as "Healthy" as I thought I was being I was over doing a few things.
I ate fruit A LOT during the day..even though its natural sugar..its still just that sugar....so I have to cut down to 2 serving of fruit per day.
I-pump went good last night but I relized..what little bit of "core" I built up is gone *SMH*
I ended up going out with Tee last night on the town...went to a friends bday party (at a strip club, which was my first time going) and then hit a charity event up...and then a bar for one drink..the WORST apple martini EVER..I want my $8 back.
Today is my BESTEST friend in the world Stephanies Bday.
So I started my morning with a 7:30 am boot camp class now I am at work...drinking a protein shake for breakfast (made at bootcamp)
Lunch: not sure..guess since Im at work a salad from wherever they go
I am meeting some friends from Middle School (shout out to facebook for reconnecting us) after work
Then off to home to get dressed to kick it for Stephs bday...and a few other parties...what a busy day.

3 pounds in a week is awesome. A "healthy" amount to loose is 1-2lbs a week
