Good Morning!
Well yesterday since one of the supervisors at work said I moved like Eeyore I decided to give my muscles a rest and did not work out. I had parent teacher conf. and I must say I am doing my job with Kyle AND Anthony both with straight A's and one B. I'm so proud of them!
I'm sitting here crunching on a green pepper trying to think of what to write.
Oh for lunch yesterday I went to Chipotle and got a salad...no rice...it was lettuce black beans fajita mix corn salsa and chicken and cheese. BOY OH BOY it was not the same without the rice.
The kids left last night to embark on a weekend of fun with their Aunt in Columbus, so I have SO much time on my hands I don't know what to do.
I will be doing the 6-7 ipump class at the gym (basically a weight training class) then may hang with Tee at a few parties tonight. I drank 127 oz of water yesterday and boy was my bladder put to work. But I am noticing that the once "puffiness" I had around my ankles is now gone. WHOOT WHOOT...
I went out to dinner with my friend Suzanne and Tee. Normally I would indulge in appetizer, full course meal, and dessert. But not last night.I had a Cesar's salad (minus the bread crumbs) Grilled Chicken Breast with onions and mushrooms and green bean. I am trying to stay away from red meat and pork.
Today i decided to come in to work a little early so the meal plan is

Already drank 64 ozs of water as of 10:46 am...how much water have you had???
