WHOOOOO weeeee
For the first time in my life I can say I did TO MUCH yesterday. I was already sore for the 1st day of boot camp, but I didn't realize HOW sore I was until I went to complete yesterdays work out. I couldn't even do half the drills. I looked like the fat girl in gym class that nobody wanted to pick to play on their team. It was horrible. And I think there was a chick there that was video tapping me. SMH
So today I am not going to attend ANYTHING but work, and breathing. Its so bad I have to grab on to things just to sit down. I dont' even want to go to the bathroom at work because its SO far away from my desk...depends anyone?????
Well since I am a little exhausted today I didn't get to Chef it up in the kitchen this morning.
Today's Meals:
Turkey and ex whites (hard boiled)
Yogurt
Snack:
Carrots and Celery
Lunch:
I brought a salad to make..but I am NOT feeling it today..so I may go out to chipoltle or something and get a rice less chicken bowl
Snack:
Banana
Dinner:
Chicken breast stuffed with spinach and feta cheese and Brussels sprouts on the side with a yam (don't judge me I really do like those little green cabbages)
Snack
Some kind of Fruit
Well till tomorrow people...Hollywood OUT! :)
