Day 2: Give me strength...already??

Well I was told old habits are always "hard to break", and there are a few of my old habits I wish I could.

I followed my meal plan yesterday but was tested when it came gym time.

I kept pushing it off..and pushing it off until I fell asleep at 7:30pm and woke up this morning at 5:00am (thanks to my most reliable alarm clock...my bladder)

So I got up, woke the boys up had them get ready:

Decided breakfast was going to be Kashi Cereal and a bananna

I made the boys eggs, hashbrowns, and turkey sausage. They didn't have school today so I packed it up to take with them to their fathers house. (of course they forgot it so looks like we know whats for dinner).

For lunch I made myself a chicken salad (cooked the chicken in EVOO) and Ms. Dash.
It will have
Salad mix
Radishes
Green Peppers
Carrots
Cucumbers
Hard boiled Eggs

I didn't get to my goal of 100oz of water yesterday. I came in shy at 87 oz. so today I am going to try for one hundered.

I'm probably going to do a bunless veggie burger with broc on the side for din din.

BUT TODAY I AM WOKRING OUT and going to try to push myself to do two classes in a row for "punishment" not attending yesterday.
