Well lets see..I left off Saturday...where I got to meet some friends of mine at Cheesecake factory.
Talk about NOT staying strong.
I ordered my usual..bang bang chicken and shrimp with brown rice instead of white rice..hoping I would feel better about my decision..then dessert came...*sigh* yes I ate a pc of my Godiva Choc. Cheesecake...boy was I WEAK.
I went out that night, only had one drink..something called a "diva" from Bar Louie.
About 4am went to ihop and tried to get back on track with my omelet I get from there
It has spinach turkey sausage onion mushroom and provolone.
NOT A GOOD IDEA!
I was really sore Sunday Morning and decided to relax, plus my kids were coming back from Columbus.
So ended up at the Outback...and NO I wasn't any better, had shrimp and sirloin steak with a sweet potato and salad. SMH
So yesterday I got back on track THANK GAWD!!!!
For breakfast it was egg whites and turkey sausage
For snack cucumber
For lunch a turkey salad i made
For snack an apple
For dinner rotisserie chicken broc and cauliflower
and LOTS of water probably around 130 ozs the whole day.
My son is sick with the stomach flu so we were at the ER last night but I was proud I still stuck back to my plan.
I didn't get to work out as planned.
So today...been super busy...working on launching a new website for my motorcycle club, getting my sales numbers at work, amongst other ordinary life situations. But I stuck to my plan!
Breakfast: Yogurt and Banana
Snack: sweet peppers
Lunch: Turkey burgers (no bread and the cheese I used was the veggie slice provolone) black beans and sweet potato
Snack: apple
Dinner: unsure yet but i will be hitting boot camp up tonight so i may just get a meal replacement shake instead.
I think what disappointed me the most after "binge" eating was that all that working out I did..I gained a pound back from getting off track
so in the words of the great jay-z "I"M FOCUSED MAAAAAAAAAAN"
Oh and as for the competition with my friend "tee" and I she gained 2 lbs..I haven't spoke to her in a few days and she is really competitive, so she may have been working out for 48 hours straight just to beat me. Not to sure yet.
That's all for now *smooches*
